Piercing
Implant-grade titanium, and nothing else.
I pierce only with high-quality, implant-grade titanium from my own stock. Some piercings have upgraded jewelry for an extra cost. I can’t pierce with jewelry you bring from home.
Who I can pierce
All at my discretion.
- Every piercing needs a valid driver’s license or state ID, shown before you go into the procedure room.
- Under 18, a legal guardian must come with you, bringing: the minor’s original birth certificate or an official copy (not a printout); the guardian’s ID; the minor’s ID, if they have one; and a state document proving guardianship if the guardian’s name isn’t on the birth certificate.
- I can’t accept copies or photos of these documents. If anything’s missing, the appointment is rescheduled and a new deposit is needed.
Downsizing & aftercare
One downsize appointment is included in the cost of your first piercing; you cover the cost of the new, shorter jewelry.
If your jewelry comes out away from my studio and the piercing closes, I can’t refund you or promise a free re-pierce. If it’s snagged or knocked out and you can’t get it back in, message me straight away and I’ll get you in as soon as I can to try to reopen it. If the original jewelry is lost or unusable, you’ll need to buy a new piece then.
Deposits & payment
If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited. A third reschedule needs a new deposit. Your deposit goes toward the total. The rest of the service and jewelry is due at your appointment: cash, Venmo or card (tap-to-pay), with a small fee on card.
On the day
Eat and drink water before you come. It can make all the difference to how smoothly the piercing goes. Wait in the waiting room when you arrive and I’ll call you back once the room is ready.
